Experience a Relaxing and Cleansing Reiki Healing of the Third Eye Chakra to remove negative energy, restore balance and harmony, and restore vibrant energy flow in the Third Eye Chakra.

This 5-minute video is great for short healing sessions and meditations. You can listen to it as many times as you want to deepen it’s effects. Listen to it often, or loop the video often for deeper effects.

Play the video at a low, but audible sound. You don’t have to focus on the sounds for it to work.

The video is made with a black screen so you can focus on relaxing and receiving the energy and sounds, without distractions.

Close your eyes, relax, remain open to receiving the healing. For additional benefit, set an intention like “I am open to receiving this energy healing” or “My third eye chakra is cleansed and balanced”.

Your body will receive the energy that it is aligned with in this healing.
